Before any withdrawal is processed, all Accounts are subject to KYC verification. sumtoto operates a single-currency account system denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for domestic transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to an equivalent MYR value at the applicable exchange rate at the time of deposit.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction for all MYR payment methods. The minimum for cryptocurrency deposits is the equivalent of USD 20. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. sumtoto does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party transaction fees (such as network gas fees for cryptocurrency transfers) are the responsibility of the depositing Player.
Processing times stated on the platform are typical estimates based on normal operating conditions. Delays caused by third-party payment processors, public holidays, bank system maintenance, or network congestion are outside sumtoto's control. sumtoto will make reasonable efforts to expedite any delayed transactions upon request.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. sumtoto does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits from unverified sources may be frozen pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within a few hours; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within one (1) business day; cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times, typically 15–60 minutes.
Withdrawals will not be processed if: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there are outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds included in the withdrawal amount; (c) there is a pending security review on the Account; or (d) the Account has been flagged for suspected fraudulent activity pending investigation.
All bonuses, promotions, and free-bet offers made available on the sumtoto platform are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of this Agreement.
Bonus Funds awarded under any promotion must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion details before they may be included in a withdrawal request. For example, a 35x wagering requirement on a Bonus Fund of RM100 requires total wagers of RM3,500 before that RM100 becomes withdrawable. Only wagers placed using eligible games contribute to wagering requirements — certain game categories may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate, as specified per promotion.
sumtoto reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies to extract bonus value; collusion between multiple accounts; or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their Accounts suspended and any related balances forfeited.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or data error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, sumtoto will apply the following resolution procedures: (a) if the outcome can be determined from recorded server data, the official result will be applied; (b) if the outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance. The decision of sumtoto's operations team in such matters is final.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the sumtoto platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and/or forfeiture of balances:

sumtoto's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Termination by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting sumtoto support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified Deposited Funds balance will be refunded via the original payment method following successful KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Termination by sumtoto: sumtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or (d) receipt of a self-exclusion request.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, consistent with sumtoto's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through sumtoto's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant authority designated under sumtoto's gaming licence.
